"We coordinate around 190 drivers, 100 tractor units and 160 trailers. The SPEDION app has enabled us to significantly streamline and optimise our processes. All our telematics requirements are fully met. Communication between the drivers and our office team, but also between the driver and the workshop, now runs smoothly and much faster. The telemetry data helps us train our drivers to save fuel in a more targeted manner. Our workshop and fleet management also use the SPEDION Portal app very intensively, for example to precisely locate the vehicle in the event of breakdowns or accidents and to be able to send help more quickly. The dispatch centre uses the SPEDION Portal App to monitor special or time-sensitive transports even when on the move and intervene if necessary.
