"In autumn 2012, we introduced the SPEDION app in our transport agency with more than a hundred vehicles and 70 permanent subcontractors. Since then, the amount of support required for drivers has been significantly reduced and we can coordinate our subcontractors much more quickly. The app runs smoother and faster than our predecessor model and reliably displays the feedback on scheduling within seconds.

The system has proven to be practical straight away and has been very well received, especially by the drivers. We use the robust Pidion BIP-6000 handheld computers as end devices. For the demanding daily use of our drivers, we need extremely hard-wearing devices that can be dropped or used in pouring rain." – May 2014
