Automated expense calculation based on digitally transmitted data
SPEDION Expenses does away with paperwork. By means of geocoding, the data of border crossings and stays abroad are automatically digitally available to your accounting department for the calculation of expenses according to German wage tax guidelines - taking into account current specifications for absences in the respective country of stay. This minimises the effort for your drivers and accounting staff and also reduces incorrect entries.
Data from SPEDION app and digital tachograph
The data recorded via the SPEDION app and digital tachograph are automatically available for further processing as the basis for calculating expenses. Manual data entry is optionally possible.
