Eddy assists with the search

In addition to the regular and targeted search function, the SPEDION Wiki makes it even easier to find the content you want. With Eddy – our search bot based on artificial intelligence (AI).

By clicking on the search box in the SPEDION Wiki, users can either enter a search term or ask Eddy a question, for example: "How do I create a driver?" Eddy searches the platform's content for a suitable answer. If you receive an unsatisfactory answer, continue the conversation and Eddy will refine his answers as needed.

Eddy is very thorough in his search: he accesses all articles stored in the SPEDION Wiki that are related to the search term or question. The source articles are also displayed and linked. This allows users to optionally access information via the corresponding links.
