"We promise our customers quality logistics from professionals and always deliver clean and precise work. To be able to fulfil this promise even more reliably, we decided to switch to the SPEDION app in autumn 2016. To do this, we equipped our 230 or so drivers with a Samsung Galaxy tablet - which has proven to be stable and easy to replace hardware.

The integration into our existing systems and workflows was simple and smooth, also thanks to the interfaces to our freight forwarding software, to archiving software, to certain load exchanges and to our own evaluation applications. We benefit enormously from the continuous exchange of data between vehicle, driver, fleet management and dispatcher. Sending messages and images to the relevant department is very helpful for the drivers, as is the lorry-friendly navigation with traffic information. The clear, multilingual menu navigation makes the application easy and intuitive to use.
